Upload a CSV of leads and get a different opening line for every prospect
ColdDart reads each row, writes one or two sentences that fit that person's role and company, and lets you edit and export them for the tool you send from. It writes the line. It does not send the email.
- CSV in, CSV or XLSX out
- You review every line
- Early access, by invitation
Mail merge puts the name in the first line. Everyone can tell.
The first sentence decides whether a cold email gets read, and it is the one sentence you cannot write for 500 people. So most lists get a template with {{first_name}} and {{company}} dropped in, and the prospect sees the template.
Writing each opener by hand takes a weekend. Skipping it costs you the first sentence of every message. ColdDart is for the middle: a draft line per lead that you can read, fix and send.
Hi Sarah, I saw that you are the VP of Sales at TechFlow and wanted to reach out.
Running sales at a company the size of TechFlow usually means the pipeline review eats more of the week than the calls do.
Example for illustration. Sample person, sample company.Four steps from a spreadsheet to lines you can send
Upload your list
A CSV with first_name, last_name and email. company, title and linkedin_url are optional and make the lines more specific. Up to 50,000 rows and 10 MB per upload.
Pick a tone or write your own instructions
Five built-in tones, or your own instructions. A preview on three sample leads shows the result before you spend credits.
Start the campaign
Each lead uses one credit, reserved up front and refunded if that line fails. Leads that were interrupted go back to pending, so you can start again where it stopped.
Review, edit, export
Read each line, edit or regenerate the ones you do not like, then export CSV or XLSX or push the leads to Instantly, Apollo or Lemlist.
What happens to each row
The specifics, from the product's own rules.
- One or two sentences
- Each line has to be 10 to 60 words. A line outside that range, or one flagged as generic, is rejected and generated again.
- No stock openers
- The prompt forbids “I hope this finds you well”, “I came across your profile”, “I noticed”, greetings, subject lines and sign-offs. The output is the line and nothing else.
- Optional profile context
- With a LinkedIn URL, ColdDart tries to read the headline and summary from the public profile page and gives them to the model.
- Five tones, or your own
- Professional, Casual, Challenger, Empathetic and Ultra-short. Or write instructions and preview them on three sample leads.
- Edit and regenerate
- Change any line by hand or regenerate it. Your edit is kept as the line and the model's original output is kept beside it.
- Cost you can see
- One credit per lead, and the AI cost of every call is tracked per campaign.
- Two prompt styles to compare
- Variant A is research-based, variant B is challenge-based. How the comparison works.
What ColdDart does not do
- It does not send email or run sequences.
- It does not find leads or check that an address is valid.
- It does not promise replies, meetings or inbox placement.
- It does not decide whether you may contact someone.
People who already have a list and a place to send from
You run outbound for your own company, or for clients, and the list is ready. You send from Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist or another tool, and the missing piece is a first sentence that is not a merge field.
Agencies can invite team members into a workspace. Members work on the owner's campaigns and credits, while deleting campaigns, erasing leads and managing the team stay with the owner.
Not a fit: you need a tool that sends the emails, finds leads or books meetings. See what ColdDart connects to.
One credit per lead
The meter is simple. The price list is not published yet, and early access is priced in conversation.
Reserved when the job starts, refunded when a line fails. A new account starts with 100 credits.
Tell the founder how many leads you send to each month and where you send from. You get a price before you buy anything.
What people ask before they try it
Does ColdDart send the emails?
No. Today ColdDart writes the opening line for each lead and stops there. You export the lines as CSV or XLSX, or push them to Instantly, Apollo or Lemlist, and send from the tool you already use.
A sending engine is in development. It is not available, and nothing on this site depends on it.
What does my CSV need?
Three columns are required: first_name, last_name and email. Optional columns are company, title and linkedin_url. One upload takes up to 50,000 rows and 10 MB.
What does one lead cost?
One credit per lead. The credit is reserved when the job starts and refunded if the line fails. A new account starts with 100 credits.
Prices for more credits are not published on this page yet. They are agreed in the WhatsApp conversation before you buy anything.
What does the AI know about my prospect?
The fields in your CSV: name, company and title. If you include a LinkedIn URL, ColdDart also tries to read the headline and summary from the public profile page. It does not log in to LinkedIn and it reads only what the page shows without signing in.
It does not browse the prospect's website and it does not invent facts. If a line needs something it was not given, edit it.
Can I change a line I do not like?
Yes. You can edit any line by hand or regenerate it. When you edit a line, the original model output is kept next to it.
Will this get me replies or keep me out of spam folders?
ColdDart makes no promise about replies, opens, meetings or inbox placement. It writes a line. What happens after you send depends on your offer, your list and your sending setup.
The A/B comparison lets you measure your own results from your own outcomes, and it says so when there is not enough data to name a winner.
Is it legal to email the people on my list?
That is your responsibility, not ours. Rules such as CAN-SPAM in the United States, GDPR and the ePrivacy rules in Europe and the UK, and LGPD in Brazil can apply to cold outreach, and they differ by country and by who the recipient is. You need a lawful basis to contact the people on your list. ColdDart does not check that for you and this is not legal advice. The terms say the same in full.
Which AI provider writes the lines, and what does it receive?
The lines are written by a large language model from an external AI provider. For each lead, the provider receives the lead's name, company and title, and the profile headline and summary when a LinkedIn URL was read. The privacy page lists what is stored and for how long.
Can I try it today?
Access is by invitation while the product is in early access. Talk to the founder on WhatsApp, say how many leads you send to and from which tool, and he will tell you what is possible. There is no public sign-up on this site.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can erase a single lead, download everything held for your account as JSON, and delete the account. Deleting the account removes your campaigns, leads and generated lines.
Bring a list and see what the lines look like
Send the founder a message on WhatsApp. Say who you email and from which tool, and he will tell you what ColdDart can do for that list today.
