What this website and the ColdDart service do with data.
What this page covers
This notice covers two things: this public website, and the ColdDart service that processes lead lists for its customers. The first is simple. The second needs the roles spelled out.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tags, has no form and no newsletter box, and loads its fonts and images from its own domain. The only way to contact us is a link to WhatsApp, and a conversation there is covered by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
One thing is outside our code: the hosting account may add Cloudflare Web Analytics at the edge, which records aggregate page views without cookies. The page headers allow exactly that one host.
Who is responsible for what
For the leads you upload (the people you want to email), you decide why and how they are processed, so you are the controller. Mazacode LTDA processes them on your behalf to write the lines and give you the results. For account data about you and your team, Mazacode LTDA is the controller.
Data the service handles
- Account data: name, email address, a password hash, plan, credits, team membership and API key metadata.
- Lead data you upload: first name, last name, email, and optionally company, title and LinkedIn URL.
- Generated data: the opening line for each lead, your edits, the tone instructions you set, outcomes you import, and the cost of each AI call.
- Public profile text: when you give a LinkedIn URL, the headline and summary shown on the public profile page. It is kept with the lead and reused for seven days before it is fetched again, and it is never shared between accounts.
- Operational data: audit entries, error reports and delivery records for webhooks you configure.
Recipients
To write a line, the lead's name, company and title (and the profile headline and summary, when read) are sent to an external AI provider. Infrastructure, payment, error monitoring and transactional email providers also process data to run the service. Integrations you turn on (Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, webhooks you configure) receive lead data only when you trigger them. Integration keys are stored encrypted.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account needs it. You can erase a single lead, which removes the lead, its stored profile text, its generated line and its audit entries. You can download everything held for your account as JSON, and you can delete the account, which removes your campaigns, leads, generated lines, templates, webhooks and any team you own, and cancels an active subscription. AI cost records are kept without a link to your account. Billing records can be kept where accounting or tax rules require it.
The people on your lists
If you are on someone's list and want to be removed, ask the sender first, because they decide how your data is used. You can also contact us through the WhatsApp link on this site and we will help route the request to the account involved.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection and portability. Use the account tools above or write to us on WhatsApp. Mazacode LTDA is based in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
